ABOUT US
The Minds Behind the Automation
Two operators who spent years fixing the same broken processes from the inside — then built a company to do it for everyone else.
OUR APPROACH
Designing a System to Simplify Automation.
We design automation systems that connect to the tools our customers already use, and streamline the processes running through them.
Our focus was to:
Apply workflow automation and AI without adding proprietary software
Give owners visibility into work that used to happen out of sight
Simplify the day-to-day without retraining the whole team

THE RESULTS
Work That Used to Need a Person, Handled
When the busywork moves off people's plates, the business feels it everywhere. Hours come back to the team. Errors stop happening because there's nothing left to mistype. Money moves faster because nothing sits waiting on someone to get to it.

OUR TEAM
The People Behind Decode Automation

Josh Griffin
Co-Founder
Josh spent over fifteen years running complex service businesses, most recently as an executive at a publicly traded company with oversight of a $60 million operation — responsible for the people, the financial performance, and the customer relationships all at once.
Across that career he led digital transformation, workflow automation, and AI programs inside real operating businesses. That’s where he saw the same pattern everywhere: disconnected systems, manual handoffs, and information trapped in email and spreadsheets that nobody could get to when it mattered.
He holds advanced training in generative and agentic AI through MIT and Harvard.

Nick Malezis
Co-Founder
Nick spent more than twenty years in technology — web development, digital solutions, and enterprise business systems — while also running regional operations exceeding $40 million a year and driving over $10 million in annual growth.
That combination is unusual and it’s the point. Nick has built the systems and carried the number those systems were supposed to move, which means he knows the difference between something that demos well and something that survives a Monday morning.
At Decode he leads solution architecture and delivery, with a focus on building things that are secure and scalable without being over-engineered for a business that doesn’t need it.
